Delete your Menkyo Helper account

Menkyo Helper is operated by 7-MD. You can delete your account and all data tied to it at any time, in two ways.

1. In the app

Open Settings → Account → “Delete account” and confirm. Deletion happens immediately.

2. By email

Email contact@7-md.com from the address you signed in with, subject “Delete my account”. We action it within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your sign-in identity, study progress and answers, statistics, favourites, daily exam allowance and premium status. Any Stripe subscription is cancelled automatically.

What may be retained

Past payment records held by Stripe (invoices) for accounting and tax obligations, and anonymised server logs. Neither contains your study data.

Never signed in?

Then we hold no account for you. Your data is only on your device; clearing the app or browser data removes it.
