Shizuoka — foreign license conversion
Shizuoka: conversion starts with a briefing every Wednesday (not on public holidays or Dec 29–Jan 3). Be at the reception of the center for your address (East/Central/West) by 9:30 sharp; latecomers must come back the next week. The document check, aptitude test, knowledge check and skills check are then booked by appointment. Bring an interpreter if Japanese conversation is hard for you. Conversion can take several months.
